I had an excellent customer service experience at Public Storage thanks to Elias. He had already clocked out, but he took the time to clock back in just to help me transfer into a bigger unit. He was patient, professional, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s rare to find that level of dedication and commitment to customers. Elias made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend this location because of employees like him. Thank you again, Elias!

I have been renting a unit at this storage facility for two years, and unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. The property is significantly overpriced, and the rent continues to increase on a consistent basis without noticeable improvements to the facility. There is rarely anyone available on-site to provide assistance when needed, which has been frustrating. I have also had ongoing concerns about safety, as I have encountered houseless individuals in the corridors and using electrical outlets to charge their phones. This has made the environment feel uncomfortable and poorly monitored. In addition, the property is often unkept and lacks basic conveniences. There does not appear to be a proper area for trash disposal, nor is there restroom access available for customers. This makes it difficult to feel comfortable spending any amount of time at the facility. Given the continued rent increases—especially for a non-climate-controlled unit—I find the overall condition and management of the property unacceptable.

I met with Elias today and he was wonderful! Not only was his customer service skills impeccable, but he was extremely helpful when it came to any additional questions/concerns. Would recommend this place to anyone (as long as Elias is there).
