Michelle Moore 4:33 PM (0 minutes ago) to tpreviews Mr. Collins: I am a lil upset at the fact that I was told that if I did not purchase A LOCK from Public Storage that it had to be certain kind of lock. To my disbelief once i went to my assigned storage i found that other locks were on other storage units at the same facility. Why was I told that I had to purchase a different lock, when others weren't? Those locks had the "public storage" stickers on them to verify that they were approved! i was not given an option, I was just told that it had to be the round lock!!! M. Moore
