Raise the rent to often
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Since I have been with 10 Federal they have raised the rent 6 times in 3 years. They raised the rent again in April of 2024 and they just sent another increase yesterday. Ive gone from $96 per unit per month from when I started to now they want $177 per unit. The kicker is that they have the same units I have (10x20) listed for $133 per month on 2 different websites. So rather than lowering the rent for customers who have paid their rent on time for 3 years you want to raise the rent but give new customers a lower rent.

Kiosk at location wouldn't work.
Reserved a unit online. Very easy. Went to location to complete the sign-up, but no people to assist.. only a kiosk. Let me pull up my account, but then nothing! Couldn't complete the information and payment. Had to go home and wasn't even able to do it on the computer. Called and got assistance there to complete everything and get the payment started. Got everything accomplished, got my entry code and my lock code. Moved in on my scheduled day. The unit was very clean.

We are glad to know that you were able to speak with one of our customer service agents and they were able to assist you with your needs. We do have a maintenance techincian that comes there however all of our facilities are unmanned. We are available by phone, text, or email Monday through Friday during the hours of 8:00 am-9:00 pm and 9:00 am-5:00 pm on the weekends. Please reach out to us if you need anything else.
