So completely unaware of what is going on
Storage unit flooded and they could only email me which I never got because it went to my junk email even though all other emails from them I got. Anything that might have been salvageable was not dure to not finding until a week later and by then everything was covered in mold as well. we drove by on Saturday and found the gate chained and we could not get in and they would not let us to our things until Monday. So inconsiderate they were. I had even called them regarding a different matter on the Friday before and they did not even mention it to me then. I will never ever ever ever store anything at 10 federal storage again and will make sure that I let everyone I no==know and on social media to not use this company

Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve used this place twice now. Both times good experiences. Make sure you pay on time and everything is good. Decently clean facilities.
