Payday Loan Scams - Rates not guaranteed past 1st month and no limits to how much they can raise your rent and local office folks have no control as its done by corporate. Hey everyone this is the new scam from many storage providers... basically storage companies advertise enticing move in rates, but what they don't tell you unless you read the fine print is they can raise the rate any time they want after your first month and there is NO LIMIT to how much they can raise it too. Example I had a 10x10 climate controlled for around $90 a month. And honestly i never paid too much attention to my bill kept climbing until the monthly bill started being over $225 a month within a years time. I kept meaning to call and figure out wth was going on but i waited until i get really annoyed at the bill. I called and i found out that this is the new way of business of Most/Not all storage companies. They sucker you in w a low rate and then they count on you being too lazy to move again as they crank the rates up almost immediately after you move in, and all they have to do is send you an email that is very well disguised letting you know the rate is going up and there is nothing you can do. After i heard this i couldn't believe it and i checked several other places that also do the same exact thing but don't tell you unless you read the fine print at the very end of the signup process. Luckily I found Highway 64 Storage in Apex that locks in rates for year and no gimmicks.

am very disappointed with this storage facility. They continue to increase my monthly payment without proper notice, and the charges are automatically withdrawn from my account. The price keeps going up almost every month, which feels unfair and unreasonable
