First off, let me just say that every single last person that works at this location is amazing. They are so helpful, kind, and very understanding. Kate is also one of the most sweetest people I have ever met! She made the move in/move out experience amazing. She’s very understanding, Communication is 100%, and she has a great sense of humor😭 oh and Kate if you ever see this review, I’m shotting my friendship shot!💕😭 Definitely recommend this location and the team!

I have had a great experience renting a storage unit at the Raleigh location. I forgot my key to my lock and Katelynn was so nice to deal with. She responded right away and resolved my issue quickly. I would highly recommend renting a storage unit here.

Very friendly and helpful staff when we arrived. They were knowledgeable about the storage spaces and described the different types of locks. They took us out to the unit for our inspection and covered lesser details so we could avoid being overcharged by the automated system. I highly recommend this place.

I’ve been renting a storage unit at this facility for some time now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The location is perfect for my needs, offering great convenience and easy access. What really stands out, though, is the exceptional staff. Kat and Yami are absolutely amazing – they go above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. Whenever there’s an issue with my deliveries, I always get a phone call, which is incredibly reassuring. Kat, in particular, has been a lifesaver. She consistently goes out of her way to make sure my deliveries are handled properly and arrive on time without me needing to get involved. This is a huge relief since it would take me about 10 minutes to get to the unit from my home. The success of my job depends on having dependable deliveries, and thanks to Kat and Yami, I can rest easy knowing everything will be taken care of. Their dedication and attention to detail have given me peace of mind, and I truly appreciate all their help. Highly recommend this facility – it’s hard to find customer service this great!
