Feeling HIjacked!!
Utilizing my cellphone, I have been unable to get access to your website to make a payment -kept kicking back an error message. I go on a PC and I had to re-register account. When I go to make a payment - I am locked into an additional fee. I am unable to dispute added fee or talk to anyone because the office closes at 6pm - before I get off work. Can't speak to anyone until Tuesday. Please call me about my issue. I can not give a positive rating with this outstanding problem. I feel hijacked.

Manager's Response

I was unaware of any issues the customer was having until I receive this review. This customer initially went to the Sparefoot website to make her rent payment instead of the Self Storage Solutions website and that's why she could not make her payment. When she did finally go to the SSS website it was after the 5 day grace period and that is why she was seeing an additional fee, had the customer waited until the office opened, I would have been more than happy to wave the late fee but she paid online and it was to late for me to make any corrections to her account. We apologize for any confusion we may have caused and we do appreciate your business.
Great Experience
The place was conveniently located. As soon as I got there the manager sat down with me, explained things clearly and had me out the door in a short period of time. The unit was clean, well-lit and had great "climate control." While my stuff was being stored, I sat inside because it was so hot outside. Overall, a great experience!
