Easy and friendly set up, of getting my account set up for my storage unit. Val was a big help to making this a smooth transition.

The manager was professional and on point

Great staff and management follow up. Most professional PS experience. My only complaints are 1) Rates are considerably higher compared to other markets I've used PS in. 2) Condition of 10 x 10 exterior unit was less than expected. Had to be swept out prior to my unloading, Unusually low ceiling and water stains/damage on wood walls from obvious past flooding. 3) Access alley/row to unit is too narrow and will cause a traffic jam if two or more vehicles in same row. Only one way in/out of row!
