Poor communication
I moved out of my unit on 11/27/2022 and attempted to contact them ever since to make sure they are aware I am not renting a unit any longer ,so Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m not billed for Dec. I have called at least 7 times leaving messages with no return call. Once a guy named Paul answered the but put on hold 15 min never came back. Poor way to run a business!

Thank you for your business! You were moved out on the next business day which was the 28th. We check for vacated units twice a day so no one is charged for another month. Sorry, but we do not have anyone by the name Paul that works for our company so you may have contacted the wrong facility.

Sorry John that we couldn't fulfill your needs and we are happy to see you go! We took over this facility in July and change the name which required us to get a new lease signed for liability reasons which you refuse to do for 6 months. Prices at this facility were way under the market price. Our services and managers were perfect to you but you were just not a cooperative tenant. Cleanliness is fantastic compare to the old owner and we have done nothing but improvements to this property since taking over. If you have any questions free feel to give us a call.
