I just needed a storage unit for a couple of months between when my house sold and when my new house was completed. Was able to do most of this online, and it was perfect for my needs.

First of all, let me start by saying Kim and her staff are wonderful to work with. I actually rented a unit over the phone and filled it then turned in my lease agreement and payment. Super easy and convenient. My only complaint is the parking lot is not paved. It is gravel and made moving things in and out of my unit a real task. They were by far the cheapest out of all local facilities though so it's perfect.
