From reservation, paperwork, and obtaining the unit, it has been a positive experience. The reservation was set up very easy process, paperwork was simple to understand, customer service was thorough in explaining the process of the paperwork and renting the unit, and the unit was clean when we opened. Overall clean
The unit was clean, easy rental process. I didn't like how the gate was just sitting open where anyone could drive in and Noone was around. How am I supposed to trust they will keep my belongings safe if the gates not even shut.
