Great storage facility
Very clean property. On-site management (Lisa Joy) is top notch.

Public Storage - Mason - 3950 Bethany Rd

This is our second use of this Public Storage facility and have been happy both times. We made the reservation online but had to go to the facility to sign paperwork. Lisa greeted me at the door and walked me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood everything that was being put in front of me. She then personally took me to the storage locker to verify that it was the size ordered, that it would fit our storage needs, and that it was clean. I had a few questions that she ably answered. We then tested my lock and the entrance code and were all done. For price and cleanliness you can't beat this location. Thanks Lisa for a great visit!

Facility is new and in great shape. Lady wowrking the counter was helpful, but we had some issues getting everything done. Turned out okay, but took extra time.
