I would NOT recommend renting at this Public Storage location. Our unit has multiple holes in the roof and leaks every time it rains. I was told it would be fixed, and the manager (who is nice) keeps saying he submitted the work order, but here we are four months later and nothing has been repaired. When it leaks, the water runs along the wall and spreads to other areas of the unit, putting our belongings at risk. We moved in on the advertised $99 special, but then got hit with extra fees — a $29 administration fee and a mandatory $20 insurance charge — so move-in ended up being around $150. Monthly rent started at $120, and now just a few months later they’re raising it to $161, even though our unit still leaks! I asked for a discount because of the ongoing damage, and the manager told me to contact corporate, but you can never get a real person — just machines and runaround. Save yourself the frustration. Don’t rent here!

I seemed to have lost the key to my unit and after turning my house and my car upside down, I decided to go to the office to get some help. Thankfully, Anthony was there in the office and was able to tell me exactly what my options were. Anthony quickly got the correct forms printed out for me to fill out for corporate lock smith, and got them expedited quickly! I appreciate it!!

Overall, the sign up process was easy online to reserve a unit. However, when I got to the property an hour before they closed, the lady that was working had locked the office and was hiding behind the counter so she wouldn’t have to help me. I only noticed this as I looked in the window and she peeked her head a little bit above the counter to see if I was still there. Honestly, it was an odd experience. But overall the unit itself is convenient and easy access.

Great Facility to store valuables. Anthony is a great staff member, created a smooth process when closing my unit. I will definitely use Public Storage again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Constant rent increases, items stolen from unit with absolutely no security, and constant changes in management who are always disorganized. We rented an AC controlled unit from 2019-2025 while we lived overseas. By the end, our rent was closing in on TRIPLE what we started paying in 2019 as they continuously increase the rent on you over time. There is absolutely no reward for long-term renters but rather pure price gouging. The final manager I spoke to about this on the phone gave me the advice, "to get here as soon as you can and move your stuff out because Public Storage was going to continue to get worse and he also doesn't understand their business practices." We took his advice and are glad we did. Not long after moving into our unit and moving overseas, I received a phone call that Public Storage policy required I change my lock and buy one of their locks and put it on. When I informed them we were overseas and could not do it, they said we needed to find someone who would. I then informed them my contract states I am able to use any lock I choose and they backed down realizing it wasn't enforceable. Every time I have talked to management at this property (which has changed about 4 times since we started using them) they are always disorganized, confused, and very unhelpful. It doesn't seem like anybody stays long enough to figure out what they are doing. The worst of it all, our unit, which, mind you, was an indoor unit, so it had an extra code on the door to go into the storage building, was broken into and we had valuable items, but more importantly, extremely sentimental items stolen. This storage center has/had absolutely NO security measures to help their tenants in this instance. All I was able to do was try and recall what might have been in the unit and what might now be stolen to report to insurance. Overall, take the advice from one of the last manager's of this property like we did and avoid at all costs.
