All the staff who work there are awesome my units were clean they make me feel welcome And that they go out of there way with any concerns or issues I haven't had any thou I walk in the door they have a smile on there face even on the first day when my jeep wouldn't start and I was blocking the gate Manager jumped. Right in to help offering her jump box talk about customer service and with a smile and have a nice day as I was view leaving I highly recommend Happy valley public storage 😀

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service provided by Gianni, the new manager at Public Storage. From the moment I met him, his friendly demeanor and genuine care for the tenants stood out. Gianni always greets everyone with a warm "hello" and regularly checks in on the tenants. His dedication to maintaining the facility is evident as I often see him doing his rounds and ensuring the area is spotless. It's clear that Gianni takes immense pride in his work and represents Public Storage with utmost professionalism. For someone his age, his level of professionalism is truly remarkable. I have no doubt that Gianni has a bright future ahead and will quickly climb the corporate ladder. Public Storage is fortunate to have such a dedicated and hardworking individual on their team.
