I just moved into a large storage unit and came over from over 5 years at Uhaul. There is a little room for improvement via their application for accessing the site and handling account matters. Their management has been very helpful in addressing my concerns being a new customer again. (I had a smaller unit about 14 years ago.) I will keep my review updated and I am grateful for their assistance.

Facility was clean, and rates were reasonable. The staff was incredible, especially the onsite caretaker and staff member Jesse, who was, without a doubt, AMAZING! Personable and willing to work with you. You don't get great service when you call the 800 number, so I suggest stopping in, to be treated like family.

This public storage rented me a storage unit that was covered in mouse (or rat??) poop. It was everywhere in the building also, all over the stairs. This unit was also up two skinny flights of stairs with no elevator. The extremely rude employee in the office named Jesse was totally unapologetic and said if I wanted a different one I’d have to pay extra?? Ridiculous. Near impossible to get a refund without disputing with the bank. I will never consider using the public storage company again, I think what they did to me is complete scam. Stay away from this location especially
