Smooth process, went exactly as advertised

Process was easy, efficient and affordable.

In the middle of the pandemic, I needed to rent storage space. A phone call required me to leave a voice mail, which was returned by Ruth, the local office manager by 4 hours, and the very next day I was able to go to the site, see the space and make the reservation. Ruth walked me through the reservation process - only took about 15 minutes. Then she gave me the gate access code, took me to the locker and showed me how to unlock and open the door ... and I was set to begin using. The following day I met Kelvin, another local manager, because I had a few questions. He, also, is very pleasant and knowledgeable The property is clean. The units are not heated, nor is there electricity. I am very pleased with what I've experienced in only a few days.
