• After-Hour Access is NOT granted to everyone. Reason needs to be proved. (24-Hour Available at extra cost)

• Basement and 1st Floor units are an additional 10.00

• Additional unit sizes available

• Rates do Increase at times; Notices will be posted threw out the facilities and on our Facebook Page months prior to increase (See Contract)

• If we terminate your rental for non-compliance, no return of money is provided.

• When moving out, you must move out prior to the last working day of the month, in order to not be charged the entire next month's rent.

• Signature is required upon move out.

• No Trash or property left behind at All or there will be a 500 fine. What you bring in needs to be taken with you at move out.
