I've been renting a 10x10 for my business for the last 2.5 months. I've talked to the front desk two times and each time they have been incredibly helpful and friendly. Today, LeAnne was wonderful as I had lost my keys to the unit and she quickly came up with a solution. Incredible customer service both times! I feel my belongings are secure and I like the app to keep track of billing.

The property manager helped me so much. I had originally reserved a unit at a different location . I noticed that this location was within a mile from my home so I went into the office and asked if I would be able to transfer. The lady was so nice and not only helped me get the unit I needed but she also got it for me at a better price.

I would look for a different storage company/location if you want your belongings to remain clean or want better customer service. I purchased an indoor, climate-controlled unit only to find the inside of the building was humid, smelled of mildew and mold, and had dead flies and wasps everywhere. Called to ask for a refund but was told “the first month is non-refundable.”
