Service is great. Signed up online today and within the time it took to load my truck and drive over, I already had a key waiting for me in my unit. All this completed online without having to interact with anyone. I decided when I was leaving to go inside and check things out and grab some supplies. I shopped and then went to the counter where I saw and listened to the store manager dealing with an irate customer, she was calmly able to bring the customer’s temperature down by proving the proper information and keeping a cool head all while having customers waiting in line. It was a mini customer service masterclass which is why I wanted to provide a big shout out to the store manager, Taneya! Bravo Zulu, well done!
