Brittany was so great

Brittany was so great. She took her time to explain everything and really made me feel secure with making the decision to go with Public Storage. I had been to other storage facilities and most of the time there was no one there or could not answer my questions. You have gems in Brittany and Crystal.

Brooke and Jacob are awesome! They are freaking amazing. When I tell you I'll be going through so much in my life and I needed to keep this storage and sometimes I get a in a in a bind where all I got to do is communicate with them and they'll do everything they can to assist me! February 22nd of 2024 is when I got this storage and I didn't know I was going to have to keep it as long as I did. But I thank God for Jacob and Brooke because they have saved me time and time as again because times can be hard. Even during the hurricane they were very understanding and they were able to help us when the disaster created a total blackout for the whole entire city. They will still able to give us access to our storage units. I really appreciate everything that they do for their customers. They bend over backwards they have hearts. If you want a place to keep your storage I would suggest 2112 North pleasantburg drive, Greenville, South Carolina because Brooke and Jacob will definitely take care of you!

I HAVE 4 UNITS. THEY RAISED MY RATES THE SECOND MONTH BY 37% ON EVERY UNIT. All the drive up units are actually barely accessible because they have car storage spots directly in front of EVERY drive up storage unit. Parts of the perimeter fence are completely broken and missing. Terrible facility conditions. Absolutely terrible customer service. Property manager is a total jerk. I would rather my stuff get rained on then be in this facility.

Started the process on line then completed in store. Helpful freindly service, made everything smooth and easy. One star down for mandatory insurance with no answer why or what covered. Other than that great.

The office is always locked even in open hours. No one answers the phone that actually works there. Paid for climate control then when I told them it was hot in my unit it was never fixed.
