She said she was new but I couldn’t tell I needed a truck and a storage unit she was able to find me the size truck I needed at a different location and the size unit I needed at the Summerville location where I needed to be it was a time crunch but she got it done fast and was so so nice 😊 I had to move in a hurry and she understood all my problems and made sure all my needs were met and I love the facility thank you so much Jamie!! 😊

We rented a unit in the climate controlled building, and they were extremely helpful showing us the available unit and how to access the building—making sure we could operate the keypad, etc. And they very thorough in their paperwork as well as kind and friendly. Plus the unit is in sparkling new condition with several carts available to load items on to take to the unit, and the elevator is large and works perfectly. It’s ideal for our needs.

We are locals and love it here. Always helpful and just nice dispositions of people when you walk in. Canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t beat it!
