I lost my home to a fire and used Prime storage to store some items. Everyone i talked was very nice. I resently referred someone and I can’t seem to get the referral fee and I’m disappointed because I was going to use it to purchase an anniversary gift for my wife. Darrin is helping me and said I was going to get it in a email and it’s not happening. please help me with this issue. Thank you.

Darren was amazing!! His attention to details and his level of customer service was above par!! I would highly recommend prime storage- come inside if you're local and ask for Darren he was able to ensure my storage needs and the spaces I rented were clean and ready! It was a very pleasant experience.

Darren in the front office is so helpful! He gives generously of his time to explain costs and availability of each unit and works to get you what you need in a timely manner. He is a delight to chat with, and the units are secure and consistently well cared for. We have been very pleased with the storage solutions they provide.

Very happy with the customer service. Darren has been great to work with and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly when downsizing from a bigger unit to a smaller one and found a unit in same building just down the hall from the old one. Competive prices too compared to other climate controlled options I looked at.
