Amy, was very helpful! I actually was on my way to another storage unit, I saw Mini Storage Depot and decided to stop. Amy was very helpful but I had to leave for an appointment to see the other facility. After that visit I decided to go back to Mini Storage Depot because the customer service sold me. We signed up for storage today. The process was very easy. The facility is very clean, much better than my previous storage facility. Renee was very helpful and professional with the whole process. She took the time to walk me through the facility and ensured I understood the contract. Looking to moving my furniture and items to this facility.

The 3 most memorable positive emotional moments in my life that stuck with me in my memory are , the birth of my children, 1st time watching Forest Gump & Amy helping me get a storage unit here at there Hixson location… she went above and beyond to get me in a unit right then and there , even stayed a little late to fully help me out !!! Brand new facility, kept very clean and set up just right to make your storage visit as easy as possible!!!! Thanks again Amy and Mini Storage Depot ….
