Amazing and so accommodating!

Amazing customer service. First of all, absolutely no bugs detected in this storage unit like I have experienced in the past. Furthermore, Jason was extremely helpful with a ton of information regarding pricing, operations, and scheduling, and went above and beyond his job to even provide me with his personal straps to secure one of my (pickup truck) loads when removing items from my storage (as my load was not close to being safe without a strap). Recognizing my hands were full, he would remotely open facility entry doors for me to allow my transitions to become easier and faster. Also, when I informed Jason of being pressed for time in removing my items before the next monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s payment deadline, he worked his magic to allow me an extra day to move my stuff and not get stuck with another monthﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s bill. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s the little things like this that make a day go so much better, smoother, and happier. Thank you Jason for all you did for me and it was a pleasure doing business with you. Raised Rent.

I am extremely upset Г°ЕёЛњВЎ. I was not notified of the rent on my 10ГѓвЂ”10 unit being raised from $65 dollars a month to $139 a month. I will definitely be moving my things out before my rent is due again next month. I would most definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience the entire time I was renting a unit at prime storage. I especially enjoyed the relationship that I had with the team members. They were always helpful, courteous and prompt. I interacted with Jason and found him to be very professional in every Way. I highly recommend prime storage. It is very clean and well kept. I was impressed every time I entered the building. You will not be disappointed if you rent from prime storage on Mountain Creek Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

The facility is clean and well run. The manager is always available to offer assistance and even helped unload a delivery when my point of contact was running late. I highly recommend this place. It may be a bit more expensive but if you want professionalism, service, and convenience, this is your place.

I have had a storage unit with Prime Storage in Chattanooga for over four years and they have been nothing but fantastic! I had to cancel my rent with them recently as we are moving into a larger space, and Johnathan (who I spoke to) was so helpful and kind through the process. It was quick and easy too! Highly recommend this place.

I've been skeptical of using a storage place out of paranoia, but my friend reccomened this place and I got to say im pleasantly surprised. It was clean and didn't feel sketchy. The guys working the front Derek and Jason helped me out alot and got me set up quick with my unit. Definitely a place I reccomened.
