So… Clealry there is an inside job between the person who works with LockerFox Auction and TreasureHunter auctions is the inside person who seems to open units… you have cameras yet can’t find who took things… My units are there and you report to me two days later about my unit being found opened.. and then AFTER IT WAS CLOSED AND REPLACED… YOU use only two numbers for 4 digit key pad. Both my units have been broken into, yet nothing gets done. One way in and one way out of my unit and it happens twice… No staff, people in a camper living on property stealing your electricity, while people are taking my shit… Insurance or not. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF OUR THINGS!! This was my walk through 2DAYS AFTER your “Tech” did his job, and after so-called changing my lock code, putting a new locker fox tag on it.

I give them five stars easy for purchasing you dont have to wait for anyone yoh can do it all from a touch screen menu. Units are kept very clean. Easily to access from multiple entrances. They have carts for making it easier to move you belonging from your vehicle to the units you have a garage area to pull inside the main section of the facility. And very affordable especially with the deals they have going on right now. Be sure to check them out while you still have time dont let this deal pass up

when I did the on-line sign-up and rent it was so easy! I rented the space, got a free lock and two months free rent. I love that my stuff is inside of the building for temperature control! The place is clean and well kept. I am very happy I chose One Federal!

The timing of this and the two previous reviews I’m going to say the same. Something is wrong with the lockerfox purchases here. Locker fox claims they just work with someone on site to just open and take pictures and put the lock on and they can only do something about it if the pictures don’t match. The last locker I purchased was old rotten food, scratched lottery tickets kitty litter, bags of trash and p jugs. The person on site staged it to look better than what it was and obviously removed anything of value. This isn’t the first time this has happened just at this location. No other locker places have lockers that have obviously been gone through. If you have cameras, use them, unless they are in on it too. We paid a decent amount of money just to clean trash and rotten things for hours, nothing was salvageable. Inside job 1000%.

Very helpful on the phone helped me complete my reservation with kindness. I did wish they had devices to set your things on to roll to your unit so I don’t have to carry all of it to the selected storage unit. But I had a guy friend help me.
