Very clean, friendly and helpful staff.
Filling out the paperwork online was a breeze. The facility is very clean. Plenty of loading space and entrances so loading things even to the second floor is pretty easy.

They are WAY to expensive on a small, no climate controlled unit! I'm on disability and $89 dollars a month is just to much! Especially when you only get 650 a month. Am looking for a cheaper unit.

Ma'am, if this was meant for 904 North State of Franklin Rd in Johnson City, Tennessee, then this facility IS in fact climate controlled. We have two other facilities in Johnson City that are not climate controlled and would be more than happy to speak with you about their rates. If they're too expensive still, we could see about putting you in contact with some other storage companies in town to help you further.

I had to move in immediately, the kind staff helped me with all of my needs. Facility is clean and well lit. They even had empty boxes I could use!
