Mini Storage Depot - Maryville

We have been renters here for 2 years. They entice you with a competitive price, but then start raising the rent regularly. At one time I had 5 units. We got down to 3 and they started raising rent on those three. On my outdoor unit, they raised the rent 2 times in less than a year. It started at $159 mth. It then went to $169 mth. They just sent notice after 6 months that it is being raised to $199 mth. That is a 15% increase. They seem to want to bilk their longest and best customers. There is NO customer loyalty here at all. Complaints to management fall on deaf ears. It almost appears as a kind of ﾃ｢竄ｬﾅ澱ait and switchﾃ｢竄ｬﾂ捐peration.They seem to lure you in with an attractive price and then start raising the rent once you are there for a few months. They are definitely taking advantage of their best customers. Steer clear of this company! Bad News!

Bethany and Tim were very helpful. Many times I was by myself and they lent a hand when I sat down in the middle of the aisle and cried. They went above and beyond what their role was in managing the facility. Would highly recommend this place if I ever( God help me) need another storage facility this is where I would go.

Was impressed with the reservation right inside the unit when I opened. No doubt it was the one I rented.
