She answered all the questions l had and then those l hadn't even thought to ask. She made me feel listen too and valued as a customer and a person. I was in a rush when I came to the facility .. Ms Pat told me to calm down & ask me what exactly was I looking for @ that point I couldn’t answer because I hadn’t got my thoughts completely together.
