Showed up to the facility for the first time after signing up for a unit online. I had a couple questions and talked to Keith, who was unbelievably friendly and helpful. The entire process was very convenient, and I feel like my stuff is in very good hands at this facility; I really appreciate that peace of mind.

UPDATE: Our unit was broken into AGAIN!!! This time from the top. We were going in to move everything out, and discovered that yet again, it had been broken into. Glass was broken everywhere in the unit. DO NOT RENT HERE. OG UPDATE: Someone has stolen THOUSANDS of dollars worth of stuff from our unit!! We put all of our stuff in here in December 6th and are walking into a unit that has been robbed as of February 2nd. As you can see in the video and picture, we had an EXTREMELY difficult time opening the unit. The bolt was bent. As you can see in the photos, another unit does not have the scratches that our unit has. Clearly, the burglar had jammed the bolt to get inside. Everything was completely disheveled. Something needs to be done IMMEDIATELY to rectify this on Public Storage's behalf. DO NOT STORE YOUR VALUABLES HERE!!! OLD: Marcel and Kieth are great! They are a super welcoming and helpful duo. Staff like them reassures you that your belongings are in good hands. The units here are also very reasonably priced and easy to use, and the facility is well maintained in terms of cleanliness and security. Would recommend
