I accompanied someone who needed to rent a unit. The employees were very nice, courteous, and helpful. Philessa was especially patient and helpful in explaining everything.

This location is amazing. It is clean and well managed. The manager (Ms. Philessa) is very professional. We allow you to look at the storage units to be sure you are renting the right size. She is helpful is going over contracts and insurance for your items. The location is near the University of Texas at Austin so college students can easily get to their stored items from the university on the Red River Shuttle Bus or the public #10 Red River , then a 2 minute walk to the end of the block. If you are needing to store items and you are at the University or the surrounding area, I highly recommend this facility. The prices are very reasonable.

Scott did a fantastic job introducing me to the facility, answering all of my questions, and helping me get registered. The facility is very clean and in a convenient location. The price was much better than other place that I checked online, and their policies are very convenient. I highly recommend this location, especially due to the excellent service that Scott provided.
