I have two units here and I must say this is the safest I have ever felt at a public storage facility. The team is very friendly and they try to help with any issues that may arise. They must attract awesome clientele because I’ve never had an issue with any other renters. The space is kept clean and if I ever forget to lock one of my units, they’ve always put a temporary lock on it for me and gave me a call. I’ve been renting storage units for over 20 years and I would have to say that this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt in a storage facility.

After reading the reviews, we never should have rented from this dump of a storage facility. My mother rented one of their smallest storage units, barely enough space to store anything, starting in February. Despite how small it was, they raised the price every other month, which is completely ridiculous. It eventually became impossible for her to keep up, and she lost her belongings. Do not rent here. This place is a complete scam and not worth the risk.

We lost our key, and Ron was very helpful and super responsive in helping me get the issue resolved so I could get back into our storage. He even arranged to meet me at our unit to make sure everything went smoothly. 5 stars!!!

Went to check the unit I had and everything was covered in rat droppings… no traps at all in my row or any of the inner rows. Manager had some placed about 2 hours after I called but damage is done and many of my belongings are ruined. Insurance max is 150 after 100 deductible. No response to my asking for some sort of reimbursement or deal and they just raised my fees… other tenants there deep cleaning for same issues… this property in Cedar Park has a huge rodent issue and I know of at least a couple others the past month. I have to say property manager I spoke with was very professional in speaking with me but as I assumed, the company does nothing. She was kind enough to let me leave the boxes and rat trash by the dumpster area they have locked away so at least I didn’t have to load it in my car or pay someone to haul my trash… do not rent a unit there.!
