Public Storage - Austin - 7112 South Congress Ave

I moved from this particular location to another (due to work!) Miranda did everything she could to make the transition smooth and easy. Becca, from the Westgate location, (the one I moved to,) was also instrumental in facilitating the move. Both ladies went above and beyond the call of duty. I had questions, and they had the answers. They are extremely knowledgeable, forthright, and make themselves as available as possible.

This is the best management of a storage unit facility I've ever experienced. Maranda was super helpful on multiple occasions, and Louie is an awesome dude that went out of his way to help me, too. I enjoy talking to them whenever I see them, and when I have a question, I know it's going to be answered before anyone even picks up. The facility has larger units available (40' x 12') than most in the Austin area, which was great for us. I would highly recommend this Public Storage location to anyone.
