Poor of customer service. Hours end at 9 PM, which is understandable and I was aware of. My main issue was that I had explained to the sales representative when I booked the unit that I would arrive shortly before nine and they explained it would be easy to get out without any issues simply by calling them. I ended up spending about an hour waiting on hold to get to someone that could open the gate for me to leave. Someone from the location did reach out and apologize the next morning (respect to Zachary) and I would probably have just let things go, However their finishing touch on incompetent level of customer service was sending me a form email reminding me to leave on time…. No complaints about this particular Public Storage, just would not use the larger chain as a whole in the future. Based on this transaction the chain seems poorly run and could probably use someone to learn basic customer service and communications. Maybe promote Zachary, and fire the executive or manager who drafts your form emails.

I just rented a space a week ago and I must say I was very impressed on the whole process went from making a reservation to getting a call to rent over the phone but I did it in person because of Cash payment. When arriving to my unit it was very easy to find and get my keys and get all moved in. The unit was really clean and I feel really happy with that because my items are very expensive and it makes me happy. I saw the property manager and I believe her name is Coco and she asked how everything was going and if I needed any help with anything, really feel I was in good hands at Public Storage. I can tell she really works hard to maintain the property and keeps it really nice and clean!! Great Job over all and very satisfied with everything.

I’ve been at this location for about 4 years and the property is always clean and when I need help there is always someone to help out. Marcel and Nick is so helpful. I do miss Coco she’s Awesome and is the BEST!!!!!!

Gerald is an Excellent and efficient man, friendly and knowledgeable. The location is alson in a perfect location in Austin whether your North of Domain, or South of Lamar. Thanks Gerald !!
