I had reserved my unit on line the same move-in date. The process was quick and the person checking me in was very personable and knowledgeable (sorry I didn't get his name). The amazing part is there were no hidden fees. No administration fees, no insurance fees, no specific lock you had to buy and the lock itself was free with purchase of the unit. I am very happy with my decision to go with Macho Storage!!
