Public Storage - Fort Worth - 1001 W Beach Street

I was looking for a storage facility at the last minute due to a recent move. I was so surprised how fast and easy it was! I spoke with Aracely on the phone and she expertly answered all my questions and helped to arrange renting a storage unit. It took like ten minutes at most. As a bonus, I was lucky enough to sign up during a summer promotion so it cost me far less than I expected! When I arrived at the Public Storage location a few minutes later, I met with Kathy who walked me through the sign up process. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure I got a chance to see the different units so I could make the best decision for my storage needs. Finally, I really like the online access and management for my storage unit; it is so simple and convenient. Would prefer an app, but the website is easy to use regardless so it's not a big deal.

Had a decent check-in, met the manager for a second, then she let a fill-in rep take over. On the day of our move in, had another fill-in employee finish the paperwork. Seems to run itself, not sure on crime, but heard gunshots on both check-in and move-in days.
