I am not pleased with this property! My lights haven’t worked in months inside my unit. I was told to go get portable lights that could be attached to the wall from Walmart or Amazon. No one from this property ever returns calls, in have attempted several times to contact the office with no luck. The phone is always transferred to shutter location. The rent has gone up and on have been a customer less than a year! It’s ok for the rent to be raised, but they don’t won’t to repair the issue with my lights. Btw, it’s not just the light bulk. My husband took his meter and guess what? My unit is not receiving any electricity . Not happy at all! I never write reviews oh and I was also told that they probably wouldn’t fix my lights because of the area that the storage is located in. So does that mean??? Yep, came from an employee. Public Storage do better or either get better people to run your property.

Laurie had the privilege (or punishment lol) of assisting us with our auction unit. She was so helpful and really went the extra mile to solve our problem & make sure we were satisfied customers. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this location. Thanks again!! 🙂👍
