I would like to take a quick second to give a HUGE shout out to Jacob and Chrisy for the outstanding customer service we received at the Fort Worth TX location near Haslet TX. Recently my husband and I were in a bit of a panic trying to assist our grand daughter with finding a safe, clean and secure storage location near our home. When we drove by we assumed that there would not be a representative onsite at the property, but luckily both Chrisy and Jacob happened to be there. They explained the storage rental process to us and via the phone they walked our grand daughter through the online process to help her secure her unit. To even take it a step further, Jacob was kind enough to take us on a tour of the property to view the actual unit she would have so we would know exactly where her items will be. The storage unit was extremely clean and so was the entire facility which was a huge for us. I just wanted to make sure that someone with Public Storage was aware of the care and attention we received from two of their amazing employees. Thank you, Jacob and Chrisy for your kindness.

I would like to acknowledge my interaction with the staff member (Karen) I dealt with on February 16th. I had some questions regarding my unit and the insurance. Karen was extremely friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with.

Don’t expect to get a nice rat free climate control unit for the price you would elsewhere. I had so many issues at this location from rats eating through my furniture to rent going sky high. I went from 120.00 to 275.00!!!! Beware of the rates going up in a few months after reserving. And you’ll never get a return call from the manger Jessica! It was cheaper and smarter to move my items to Extra Storage Space! Way nicer and good deals and it’s actually climate controlled with elevators.
