Everything was great!
Everything was great! From online hold to check-in at the location, the experience has been great. Employees were helpful and courteous and the location is well maintained. I like the attention to security of the property.

Need more perks for long time customers
The young ladies who assisted me were very professional and helpful. Their service was definitely 5 stars. However, I could not give 5 stars because I am a long time customer and there are no perks associated with longevity. This is my second unit that I am renting in addition to the current one and all of the discounts were for new customers. I am really convinced that I need to move out of both of my units and go elsewhere.
