Public Storage - Houston - 1165 North Loop West

I just went into the office getting a new unit and Larry and Kendall was very helpful in assisting me. Great customer service.

The Public Storage located 1165 N Loop W was an amazing experience! I mistaken it for another Public Storage that I made my reservation causing me to be late to confirm my storage unit. So I went back to them after hours and they were more than happy to help me! The whole team could see that I was in a jam and were kind enough to help me. I will continue to use them for any storage needs I may have.

The staff has been honest, courteous, and super helpful. The storage units are pretty clean, and the facility itself seems to have been kept up pretty well. I docked this facility a star because there are some convenience things that would make this a five star experience... 1) The keypads for the drive-in gate are not accessible from the car window. I do NOT like having to nearly abandon my car just to get in, and I would actually consider other storage facilities because of this. 2) It would be nice if there was a keypad for entering through the walk-in gate. It makes zero sense why I should have to walk back in through the drive-in gate, and it's inconvenient whenever I'm checking out one of the flatbed carts since the keypad is on the other side of the parking lot from the office where the carts are kept.
