Got my storage unit and its kinda ran down with holes in the drywall? And the light fixture doesnt work so there's no light or power I had to bring my jobsite light to see

I had such a great experience setting up my storage unit thanks to Sam! From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, from the different unit options to the best fit for my needs. Sam walked me through the setup process step by step, making sure I understood how to access my unit, gate hours, and all of the important details about payment and security. What really stood out was how patient and attentive he was he answered all of my questions clearly and never made me feel rushed. He made sure I had all the information I needed so I could feel completely comfortable with my decision. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free, and that’s all because of Sam’s outstanding customer service.

I needed a temporary storage solution and chose Public Storage because of the good deal; I gave four stars because the app doesn’t always work when opening the gate, people sometimes dump items near the entrance, and I wanted an indoor unit but was placed in an outside one, though the employees did their best to help and overall I’m satisfied.

I’ve had a great experience with Sam and Public Storage! He’s always attentive and helpful. We’ve had multiple units here over the years and continue to feel comfortable and confident keeping our belongings at this location because of him. Highly recommend!

This company can’t be trusted nothing to with the property managers but the company itself but it most definitely takes advantage of the out of town renters with raising prices every chance they get I booked this storage with an promotion after 90 days it said the hell with the promotion and raised rent & doing it again this year. Can’t wait to get back to Texas to be done with this burden.
