Do NOT buy Storage Auctions from this place. They will take your money and get your storage auction account suspended. I showed up within 24 hours and the manager of the place was very rude, quick to get off the phone and say its not her fault. Jeopardizing people's income is completely despicable and I have reported them to the auction website and to their higher-ups. I hope that Public Storage takes this kind of thing seriously

Where do I start? I was asked to leave a Google review after making my payment one day after finding out my storage unit was broken into. Their insurance is a joke. The general manager of the location does not answer. Phone calls. Does not help. Does not respond. Does not do anything. The staff at the Location can’t even talk with the general manager. I’m dumbfounded. I’ve had to replace six locks, I’ve lost many things Insurance expect you to have pictures of it in your possession with the packaging still on have a picture of the packaging. Have a picture of the receipt and have a picture of the item plus have proof meaning a photo or a video of the item in your unit and they want a time stamped date stamp and location stamped on every single photo. I honestly do not recommend storing anything you own at this location. I don’t recommend storing a bag of trash here.
