This location may have stolen a firearm from my unit. I cant seem to get a representative on the phone after mentioning it. My unit was organized in a way i would know what is missing. Almost all items except for my rifle were missing. This is urgent so any manager that sees this please reach out to me at your earliest convenience *Left a Voicemail detailing contact information*. If you’re thinking about putting your item into the facility please think again. The property manager is never there so if you have any problems they will take months to get to you. After being locked out of my unit for several months because the property manager lost my key I was finally able to get into my unit, which was infested with RODENTS. There was rat poop everywhere they ate through all my property, there were dead rodents in my clothes and one even chased me out the unit. All this property has done since this situation is continue to add charges to my account and nobody hasn’t reached out since, and its been 2 months.

Multiple price hikes, originally 154, now is 336. Rats everywhere and my unit almost got broken into. Talked to them about the price and they said i could move to another unit in the same building to get a discount. Also they are very rarely staffed. I even went there an hour before posting closing hours one time and the woman at the desk said they were closed. Just lazy.
