The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service provided by Tariye and Keylon. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with warm smiles and genuine eagerness to assist. Their knowledge about the facility and willingness to answer all my questions put me immediately at ease. They took the time to understand my storage needs and provided me with options that perfectly suited my requirements. Throughout the entire process, Tariye and Keylon went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed. Their professionalism, combined with their friendliness and willingness to help, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Good staff, nice storage units, very happy.

A very nice experience except that the store manager tried to sell 1)the door lock and, later said that it is obligatory to have the insurance from Public Storage (while this was not the case).
