I recently reserved a 45-foot vehicle storage site there with a scheduled move‑in date of March 9. I paid a promotional rate of 1 dollar for the first month plus a 29 dollar one‑time fee. Without any action from my side and well before my scheduled move‑in date, I received an email on February 27 stating that I had “successfully moved out,” even though I had never moved in or canceled my reservation. When I contacted customer service, the representative told me I could only re‑book the site if I paid again. She refunded the 1 dollar, but refused to refund the 29 dollar fee, even though it was their system or staff that canceled my reservation without cause, not me. I was told this fee is not refundable, which feels extremely unfair for a reservation I never used and never chose to cancel. ​ To be clear: I am fine not storing my vehicle at this location anymore, but keeping my 29 dollars after unilaterally canceling my reservation is unacceptable. This experience shows a lack of accountability, poor communication, and no willingness to make things right for a customer who did nothing wrong. I cannot recommend this Public Storage location and will be warning others to be very careful before trusting them with a reservation or paying any “one‑time” fees up front.

Easy and quick. Store your extras for affordable price? Yes this the place with the app it was so easy to unlock doors and pay. Been using it for 1 year never had problem. You can access 24 hours too but we never needed that.

Best ever moved in today and Jasmine was the best ever and very helpful with my new move. I got the best spot to park my trailer very friendly and very nice.

Moved in on Saturday, paid $54 dollars for the unit, the key and insurance. The very next day I was charged $35, why? No one can tell me. I called and they told me to dispute it with my bank, drove up to public storage on Wednesday, and the property manager can't assist me, she has to call her managers, no one can tell me why I was charged again, they can't even see it in the system but two charges have been posted to my account in less than 48 hours from this location. No number for corporate,and the property manager refuses to give me her distract managers information, the number on the door just calls the property manager, so I'm just standing up here, waiting.

My property manager sherry was an amazing help absolutely nice and wonderful. Very professional I'm glad that I went with this public storage in Hurst I would recommend her to any person looking to rent storage. Thank you Sherry
