DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION. They scam you out of your money. I paid late they changed the lock to a combination lock then removed it and put another lock on there without giving me the key. Then they told me to wait till the locksmith comes at the end of the next month to get into my unit, just to scam me out of money for another month and lock. They’re basically holding my things hostage, and this was absolutely one of the worst experiences of my life. Then the property manager said they can take the locks off at their leisure. Customer service was awful and I’ve been waiting to hear back from the district manager for 3 days

The property is clean and well serviced but what really makes it better than any others I’ve been… is the property manager. She’s very easy to work with and seemingly always available. She’s one of the reasons we’ve stayed so long. This facility may not be the same without her but its great as it is today.

Went there for propane, seat for 15 minutes. Go inside where they are all just sitting around. Then one ask do you need propane? Then asked if I took a picture of the valve? No, why don't you come out and fill them and look for yourself. Deplorable service!

I would never rent another storage unit from public storage after this location changed employee's that did dirty deads like stealing items out of a unit i had for over a year with no issues till they came around. Insurance took 6 months to under pay what items were worth, useless. Don't rent from this location as a long term storage.
