Public Storage - San Antonio - 16639 San Pedro Ave

Needing to store many personal belonging because of a move,I enlisted the aid of a public storage employee to get feedback on what size unit needed for my items. The employee was extremely understanding,courteous and helpful with pertinent information both vocal and visual. The employee personified both skill and empathy and gained my trust. I rented my unit and left with the peace of mind that my needs were met and my items would be secure until i need to retrieve them.

Public storage has always had clean units good security and good access hours. Ive used them in Austin and here in San Antonio. The 281 near hollywood park location is perfect for my needs. And the staff there were great. Cant go wrong with public storage. My cost for leasing my unit was super good.

Brittany was the property manager on duty at the time and she was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable I could not have asked for a better experience.
