I just wanted to put this review because, this public storage sucks!!! They have stolen money from us, lied to us, stole our items even after paying our monthly bill, and still tried to say we owe them money, they dont care at all about their customers. BUT......their is a woman that worked their, who was assigned at the Fredericksburg location named Maria, so its not her actual location, but she is the person that makes that location amazing!!!! Maria is the only reason I give 5 stars! This employee is absolutely EXQUISITE at her job!!! 👌She was super helpful, while the other employees were not helpful AT ALL!!! She made sure everything was taken care of that we needed, she answered every question, instead of giving us the run around like all the other employees, she ACTUALLY helped us, and actually cared to help us, she didnt make it seem like she was forced to help us, or had an attitude for helping us, she purely did it out of the kindness of her heart. If I was Maria's boss I would give her a raise, and understand that she is my top employee, and treat her as so.

Everyone I’ve spoke to at this location has been so so kind and professional! They explain everything so you’re not getting any hidden fees & they have great specials! Madison is by far the best person to have speaking to guests she has THE BEST customer service and you can tell she really cares about her job and her guests! Thank yall so much for helping me out! What a blessing!

I dont even have a unit here but I feel bad for whoever got one in building H, and any other building that only has 1 single working keypad. Recently won an auction here and missed my deadline cause 1.) my access code didn’t work on the last day I needed it. 2.) only one keypad works in building H 3.) nobody showed up until 9-9:30am when posted hours is open at 6am for both access and office hours. My deadline was at 10:30am. Just as they do, I also have things scheduled throughout my day/week.
