Public Storage - San Antonio - 4343 Callaghan Road

The woman was very nice, informative and professional. She made the experience simple n quick. I love the touch screen tablet.

Everything was as expected in the actual storage unit, however, the gate is very dangerous due to it being so close to the street. Also, this location does not have a drive up key pad but does on the inside when you exit. It doesn't make sense. If more than one persons are trying to get in, the line has to stay in the median before turning in. This was the only downfall to this location, but enough for my family and I to use a different location in the future if needed. Sincerely, Jaclyn Cervantes

I've had good experience at public storage and only thing I would like to do is maybe change to a location that's closer to where I'm living now.
