We were treated with courtesy and respect, fully informed on all options, regarding storage unit size and specials in order to meet our needs. The staff were sincere in putting our needs first and not just making a sale. I would recommend public storage, without a second thought.

Exceptional customer service Dawn follows policy and doesn't compromise which makes things work out good in the end. Yolanda is a high energy employee that knows the rules and is quick to help. Yolanda and Dawn seem to work great as a team and that makes me feel like I can trust Public Storage. A company is only as good as it's employees. Thank you Dawn and Yolanda for your service.

customer service did not deliver as planned. businesses and customer(s) commit to a date down to the hour and you did not meet me half way. customers have things to do, people to meet, places to go and when your place is not prepared and ready to deliver it cost my time my plans and a domino effect. 4stars for understanding 5stars for effort
