I use Public Storage and I want to say a huge thank you to the wonderful staff who work there. Jody is always professional and attentive, and the whole team is very friendly and helpful. Every time I come in, they greet me with a smile and are always ready to assist with anything I need. Thank you very much for the excellent service and positive attitude. Fantastic help by the onsite employee at this Public storage by Jodi. I was in a rush to find vehicle parking and wanted a good price for long-term storage ASAP. I had used extra space Storage the previous time I was needing long-term vehicle storage and they tricked me with a low intro price and had doubled the price on me knowing that I really couldn't do anything about it while I was overseas on a work assignment. I mentioned this to Jodi and she said that while rates can be adjusted eventually, that I just need to give her a call if I see anything like a rate increase so she can help. She helped me immensely, answered all my questions and it was a quick and easy process. I highly recommend this place! Also their app is five star top notch... easy to use for access code and billing purposes. Could not be easier.

I came in looking for a storage unit and honestly wasn’t sure what size or option I needed. Jody was such a big help from the start. She greeted me right away, walked me through everything, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. She even showed me a couple of units so I could get a better idea of what would work. What stood out the most was how patient and down to earth she was. You can tell she really cares about making sure people leave happy and taken care of, not just trying to get you in and out. By the time I left I felt like a weight had been lifted because she made the whole process so simple. Customer service like that goes a long way.
